Moldt, VP of Corporate Development
Ms.
Moldt has a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of
Illinois.
Ms. Moldt has a broad corporate background in business development,
strategic planning, contract negotiation and product line management
in defense communications, large scale integrated information systems,
power and energy technology, intelligent transportation systems
and commercial IP communications technology markets.
In her experience with Hughes Aircraft,
General Atomics and General Dynamics, as well as emerging communications
technology companies, Ms. Moldt was instrumental in identifying
and opening new domestic and international markets for core technologies.
Ms.
Moldt has been a guest speaker at national and international technical
conferences and has served as an Advisor to the Federal Laboratory
Consortium. She has worked with top level officials of U.S. and
international governments, as well as international organizations,
including the World Bank, to identify applications of new technologies
to address a wide range of defense and infrastructure problems.
Ms.
Moldt is also active in community leadership where she serves on
the Mayor's Strategic Framework Committee. She is a Vice President
of the High Technology Management Alliance. She is a member of the
TRB Communications Committee and served on the Partnership for the
New Century Economy. She has served as Chairman of the Operations
Research Society of America in San Diego, was a Board Member and
Officer of the National Defense Industrial Association and was a
founding member and officer of the Regional Transportation Technology
Alliance.
