Team
Our executive team is composed
of individuals with excellent skills and a broad range of
experiences, who are collectively able to translate their
abilities into an inventive alliance. The team has been assembled
with the idea of creating a balance of backgrounds in order
to provide the broadest possible range of skills to support
the company's goals as set out in our mission statement.
Jonathan
M. Luck, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Luck, who also holds the title of Chief Engineer, is unmistakably
the creative force behind our company. His extensive experience
in photo-voltaic technology and micro-powered electronics,
including authoring two patents that represent the company’s
core technology, has led to the success of the LEITControl
product line as well as to development of the program for
the ALERT system product line. In addition to duties
performed by a company CEO, Mr. Luck’s focus is on coordinating
research from the marketing department with the direction
and progress of the engineering department, thus ensuring
that we remain on target, on time and on budget with our various
development programs.

Edward
G. Carey, Vice President, Investor Relations
Mr. Carey employs his wide-ranging expertise in banking, finance
and business to manage our investor relations department.
His diplomatic nature along with his ability to translate
state-of-the-art technology into layman's terms enhances his
contribution to the company. He is especially adept at public
relations, including communicating important concepts to the
company's shareholders and investors.

Vera
Moldt, Vice President, Corporate Development
Ms. Moldt has a broad corporate background in business development,
strategic planning, program management, contract negotiation
and product line management in defense communications, large
scale integrated information systems, power and energy technology,
intelligent transportation systems and commercial IP communications
technology markets. Through her contacts in government, private
corporations, the investment community and industry associations,
Ms. Moldt will support corporate expansion, develop strategic
alliances and joint development opportunities, and lead in
the development of the Business Plans for the Corporation
and its subsidiaries.
