View PDF 03-25 to 03-27-2003 Ambient Control Systems has been invited by the "Forest Engineering Research Institute of Canada" (FERIC) to demonstrate the FireALERT-DC at a Wildfire Detection Workshop to be held in Alberta, Canada. Ambient will monitor and report on a simulated wildfire and present the economics of installing FireALERT Systems to enhance the coverage provided by existing lookout towers. From 1990 to 1995 wildfires in the province of Alberta, Canada, alone destroyed over $31 Million in forest products. This presents a new and expanded market for Ambient's FireALERT-DC System. Make sure to check back on our website in April for results of this marketing opportunity.

01-23 to 01-28-2003 Ambient Control Systems was invited by the San Diego State University Foundation to monitor two separate areas just south of the San Diego Qualcomm Stadium with two FireALERT Systems during Superbowl weekend. The data from both units was transmitted through their network and made available on our website on Superbowl Sunday. CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE FIREALERT DATA PAGE.
