Advisors

Ambient has established an Advisory Board that consists of individuals from various disciplines, including legal, technical, business, government, and politics. To support the company's strategic planning, the Board provides advice, guidance, insights, and direction to the company based on each member's expertise, unique insights, experience, and industry relationships.

Members of the Advisory Board will be compensated with stock options for each meeting attended. Further, if individual Advisory Members are required to perform tasks over and above meeting attendance, additional compensation will be negotiated.


William Fuess, Patents and Intellectual Property
William Fuess will advise Ambient in Intellectual Property (IP) strategies, emerging technologies and business opportunities. He tracks all innovation at Ambient, and is responsible for advising management in the potential patenting, and in the exploitation by licensing and joint venturing of all Ambient inventions. He alerts management to (i) business and/or technological initiatives by others that have a bearing on Ambient, (ii) potential strategic partnering opportunities, (iii) emergent business and technology areas suitably addressed by Ambient, and (iv) specific partnering and business opportunities, as may come to his attention.

Edward Dangler, Legal and Contracts
Edward Dangler, Esq., will provide the advisory board with his business planning and legal analysis experience in reviewing business strategy planning, potential strategic alliance and teaming arrangements and contracts/proposals under consideration. He will participate in reviewing the legal implications of new business opportunities.

Robert Mulvihill, Risk Assessment
Robert Mulvihill, Ph.D., P.E. will advise on design and manufacturing related risk assessments of Ambient's current and proposed products as well as advising on risk mitigation strategies. His experience in Reliability Centered Maintenance will provide a framework for an effective field support program. He will advise on proposed Project Risk Assessments that consider technical performance, cost, and schedule. Dr. Mulvihill will ensure that Ambient's Reliability Assessments are consistent with the requirements of DARPA, SOCOM, the Armed Services and other DOD organizations.

Michael Jeub, Financial
Michael Jeub will function as a financial advisor, providing Ambient with the benefit of his extensive experience as Chief Financial Officer of public companies. With his broad experience as a CFO and effective strategic planner, he will assist Ambient in assessing the financial aspects of new opportunities that utilize the Company's competitive advantages and recommend the most favorable courses of action. His significant knowledge of SEC requirements combined with his experience in SEC and public reporting will benefit Ambient as the Company grows.

Tom Kelly, Contract Management
Tom Kelly will apply his extensive experience in the marketing, negotiation and management of contracts for sensor monitoring and communications with Federal, State, Local, and International procurement agencies. His professional accomplishments include setting up corporate systems for market tracking, proposal preparation, cost estimating, proposal pricing, and developing contract management policies and procedures. Mr. Kelly will help "navigate" the company through commercial and international procurement opportunities.

Carl Murphy, Ph.D., Wireless Communications
Dr. Carl Murphy will provide the company with the benefit of his scientific and engineering expertise in assessing Ambient's plans for technology development and system design. Dr. Murphy is a scientist and engineer who brings architecture, design, development and delivery experience in communication systems, networks, and high performance computer systems to Ambient. He will apply his extensive knowledge of wireless communication systems, chip design, and software engineering to assist Ambient in finding technology solutions.

Fred Mangarelli, Communication Systems
Fred Mangarelli is the Chief Engineer of a large Defense Communications Program. He will provide Ambient with his extensive experience in Communication Systems Networking. He served as a Chief Engineer for several U.S. Navy, Army, Aerospace Industry, and Air Force Communication Network Programs, that involve radar systems, satellite and terrestrial communications systems, Tactical Internet (a wireless data network for the U.S. Army), and submarine communications systems. His extensive communications technology knowledge will provide extremely valuable insights to Ambient's technology and product developments process.
